Abstract

Colloquial: the language of the common people, is the opposite of classical Arabic. It is a foreign language that has been introduced into many languages, whether in the structure of its vocabulary, the formation of its sentences, the pronunciation of its sounds, or other matters that cast doubt on its linguistic correctness. Any usage that does not conform to the rules and regulations of the language is not accepted by scholars and intellectuals, of which the colloquial language is considered a type. Its influence has spread to the point that it threatens the classical language and diminishes its value. It is rare for Arabic speakers, both Arabs and non-Arabs, to be spared it, as if it is correct and anything else is wrong in the eyes of the common people. Because of the danger it poses to the science of Arabic, both now and in the future, the researcher sees it necessary to study this subject and draw attention to the cognitive decline and intellectual backwardness of the colloquial language, because it is not the language of writing or civilization. This and similar matters that impose on people the necessity of returning to the classical language are the target of this article, through the following three axes: Axis 1: Definition of colloquial language and the circumstances of its introduction into the Arabic language. Axis 2: The negative effects of colloquial language on classical Arabic. Axis 3: Conclusion, including the research findings and recommendations.

ملخص البحث

العامية: لغة العامة وهي خلاف الفصحى وهي من الدخيل الذي أُدْخِل في كثير من اللغات، سواء كان في بُنْية مفرداتها أو تكوين جُملتها أو نُطْق أصواتِها، وغيرها من الأمور التي تقدح في صحتها لغويا، فأي استعمال لا ينطبق مع قواعد اللغة وضوابطها لا يلقى قبولا في نظر العلماء والمثقفين والتي عُدتْ العاميةُ نوعا منها. وقد عمت نفوذها إلى حد أنها تُهدد الفصحى وتُقلل من قيمتها، وقلما يسلم منها الناطقون بالعربية من العرب والعجم، فكأنها هي الصواب وما عداها هو الخطأ في نظر العوام؛ ولما لها من الخطورة على علم العربية في الحال والمستقبل يرى الباحث دراسة هذا الموضوع والتنبيه على ما في لغة العامية من الانحطاط المعرفي والتخلف الفكري؛ لأنها ليست لغة الكتابة ولا الحضارة، هذا ونحوه من الأمور التي تفرض على الناس ضرورة الرجوع إلى لغة الفصحى هو المستهدف في هذه المقالة، وذلك من خلال المحاور الثلاثة الآتية: المحور الأول: التعريف بالعامية وظروف دخولها في لغة العرب. المحور الثاني: سلبيات العامية على الفصحى: المحور الثالث: الخاتمة، وفيها نتائج البحث والتوصيات.
