Refund Policy

Al-Bahath Journal maintains a transparent and fair refund policy. Since the journal operates on a scholarly publishing model, fees collected for manuscript processing or publication are used to cover administrative and editorial costs and are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases—such as double payment, technical errors, or a manuscript being withdrawn before the review process begins—a partial or full refund may be considered at the discretion of the editorial board. All refund requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate details and justification. The journal reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated conditions.
