Copyright and Publishing Rights

Authors publishing in *Al-Bahth Journal* retain the copyright of their work. However, by submitting and publishing in the journal, authors grant *Al-Bahth Journal* the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and archive the article in all forms, formats, and media, whether now known or developed in the future. The authors also permit the journal to identify itself as the original publisher. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their submission does not infringe upon any existing copyrights or intellectual property rights. All articles are published under the terms of open access, allowing free and unrestricted access for academic and educational use, provided proper citation of the original source is maintained.
